Low water at Corinna Dam was evident today as no water was flowing over the dam. Standing on the dam looking around I thought scenery, pretty scenery photos despite low water. Using my D7100 with Nikon 18-200 lens I took several photos from different angles. As I was snapping photos Hubby (my wonderful spotter) called out a large bird was over the marsh. I turned just in time to take 3 photos, not knowing for sure what I was seeing. After zooming the photos in on the computer I realized it was a Northern Harrier.
This view was taken as I stood on top of the dam looking one way. I’ve never seen this so low before.
Standing in the same spot on top of the dam this view is looking the opposite way.
Those clouds were so pretty I just had to zoom in for a closer shot.
This view shows the dam. Across the dam is a short walking trail that leads back to the main road.
Oh yes I can’t forget about the Nothern Harrier.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you have enjoyed my photographs and videos, do come back again soon. Comments are always welcomed.
